Spicy Guacamole Recipe Using Hot Sauce

Spicy Guac with a bite!

You can use any hot sauce to add a bit of spice to your guacamole, but our favourite is Snow Patrol's 'Signal Fire' Hot Sauce, as it blends the hot and fruity Dorset Naga chilli, with mango, and adds a delicate sweetness to the dish, that just works!

Guacamole:

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Bottle of Snow Patrol's 'Signal Fire' Naga & Mango Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in lime juice and salt.
  3. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
  4. Add 50ml of Snow Patrol's 'Signal Fire' Naga & Mango Hot Sauce
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
