  • 8 oz linguine or tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 extra hot red chillies, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 ts garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts onion powder
  • 15g butter
  • 30ml white wine
  • 50ml cream
  • 20g parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
